With over 15 years of experience in all aspects of property management, I’ve had the opportunity to grow alongside a business and industry that have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up around the business gave me a natural appreciation for the details that go into managing properties, and apparently, it also gave me a slightly unusual love for contracts!
What I love most about my job, though, is the people. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to build relationships with so many tenants. You meet people from all different backgrounds, learn about their families and cultures, and become a small part of their lives. I truly enjoy that personal connection, and I want our tenants to feel that they are being heard, respected, and taken care of.
For our investors, I understand that a property is more than just a building – it is an investment and often an important part of their livelihood. I take that responsibility personally. My goal is to maximize the return on their investment while also making sure their property is properly cared for and their tenants are treated well. I don’t want our investors to feel like just another number. I want them to know that I’m paying attention and protecting what they’ve worked hard to build.
As a Myrtle Beach native, this area isn’t just where I work, it’s home! I know and love the community, and I bring that local perspective into what I do every day.
When I’m not managing rentals or making sure everything is in order, I’m usually spending time with my two teenagers, traveling with them, or at home with my American Bully, Rafiki, and my grey tabby, Gus Gus. I’m also a big fan of puzzles, crafts, and pretty much anything Harry Potter, Star Wars or Marvel related.
After all these years, I still love what I do. I love people, I love this community, and I care deeply about doing things the right way. Whether I’m working with an investor or helping a tenant, I want people to know that there is a real person behind the desk who genuinely cares about their property and their experience.
